Billy was orphaned at 7 days old. He has been raised in a family environment and has a lot of self confidence. He gets along with other cats and with dogs of all sizes. He has been an inside only kitten so far, but would adjust to an inside/outside home as well. He is vet examined, combo tested negative, fully vaccinated and neutered. He would be a wonderful addition to any home! The Humane Society of Statesboro and Bulloch County is a non-profit animal welfare organization dedicated to Animal Rescue, Fostering, and Low Cost Spay and Neuter Programs. We are a foster care only organization and do not have a location at this time. We are not the Bulloch County Animal Shelter. We are a separate and independent organization from the Bulloch County Animal Shelter. All of the rescues in our care are living in foster home environments. This allows our rescues to live like a member of the family and aids in assessing their placement needs.
